Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire hiring process, which includes posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews.
- Assist in the development and revision of job descriptions for diverse departments.
- Keep applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases up to date.
- Work together with the HR department to determine the strategies and needs for recruitment.
- Take part in HR activities and projects as required.
