Roles & Responsibilities
- Fix the vulnerabilities in every UBS network platform.
- Maintain strict guidelines for prompt problem solving
- Plan, submit, and carry out modifications using the Service Now platform.
- Take part in weekly calls and help collect information to provide senior management with progress reports.
- Help create long-lasting remediation management procedures
- It is advantageous to have familiarity with Python/Ansible or other automation tools.
Requirements
- Graduates with 0–6 months of experience who have a passion for technology and a basic understanding of cloud and enterprise network technologies will be advantageous.
- Adopt a “Can-Do” mindset and make suggestions for ways to enhance procedures and raise stakeholder satisfaction.
- Perform exceptionally well in a small team with a common objective.
- One crucial component of the job is creating documentation of remediation efforts to support the development of a sustainable process.
- Capacity to operate independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting Outstanding writing and vocal communication abilities
- Coding and automation expertise will be a benefit.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and time management abilities
