Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitoring, investigating, and escalating missing or late adjustments (ad hoc or recurring), as well as critical checks such as the unique GDBS adjustment identification for recurring adjustments, adjustment time, and so on.
- In compliance with the GDBS escalation policy, monitoring and escalating open issues to the appropriate GDBS stakeholders.
- Supporting Project activities (DLRD / Process Improvements / Automation)
- Assist in the reporting of operational balances.
- Various Reconciliations are being carried out.
- Manage the team’s completion and delivery of the tasks assigned to them, as well as the team’s KPIs and SLAs.
- Ensure that essential process documentation, risk assessment documents, and SOX documentation are all up to date.
- Assisting the team in establishing a best-in-class control environment for the Daily Balance Sheet operations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the last year of the CA Internship programme and abiding by ICAI norms.
- In Investment Banking, you should have solid accounting knowledge and a strong tendency toward comprehending complicated commercial transactions.
- Stakeholder management abilities are exceptional.
- Excellent communication abilities, including written and verbal fluency in English.
- Open-minded, capable of sharing information and passing on experience and skills to a teammate.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong presentation/communication abilities, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
