- Handle issuers’ and/or agents’ requests for statutory reporting; this includes verifying the requests’ legitimacy based on, for example, their articles of association or certain laws.
- Learn about the requirements for regulatory reporting in order to guarantee that each jurisdiction’s regulations are followed.
- Recognizing dangers, advancing the efficacy and efficiency of current procedures, and stimulating the development of novel process concepts

- Support Credit Suisse’s GSR-specific integration as necessary
Requirements
- A university degree
- A fascination with the collection and handling of data
- Any background in significant shareholder reporting, takeover panel reporting, banking operations, or financial products understanding would be beneficial.
- Strong writing and communication abilities in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA, along with computer literacy, are advantageous.
