Roles & Responsibilities
- Gathering and categorising legal contracts and documents from data dumps or hard discs.
- Creating trackers, labelling contracts, and storing them in appropriate folders organised by contract type and company.
- Extracting information from contracts such as the parties’ names, the contract’s effective date, the contract’s duration, the contract’s termination date, and tagging addendums and revisions to master contracts, among other things.
- Coordination and follow-up with multiple teams in order to get data and contracts.
