Roles & Responsibilities
1. Conducting in-depth research of each category (online & offline)
2. Interacting with our category teams to understand the processes, weaknesses, and strengths and making a playbook for each
3. Conducting research on marketing activities locally and figuring out what works and what doesn’t in smaller cities
4. Interacting with the offline center’s team to gather their learnings and incorporating them into our plans
5. Talking to local vendors with partners and closing deals wherever required
6. Talking to the partners and closing on the final launch plan
7. Managing the programs for the launch activities till we reach the targeted KPIs
