Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping to organize and carry out employee engagement activities, including communication and cooperation with vendors
- Assisting with training program coordination, including scheduling, participant communications, material preparation, and attendance monitoring
- Keeping thorough records of training completion and event participation
- Offering assistance to the BHR
- Assisting with the HR audit procedure internally
