- Recognize the significance of the BGV process adoption, Referral Payout and Onboarding, and Pre-Offer stage in the hiring process.
- Examine the difficulties and gaps that may arise when utilizing the pre-offer stage.
- Create the mitigation strategy to close the gaps that have been found.
- Implement the plan throughout all regions.
- Keep an eye on and track each region’s adoption of the pre-offer stage to guarantee 100% adoption.
