Roles & Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer queries and close customer tickets via email
2. Ensure SLA & CSAT
3. Upgrade your skills constantly on the Truecaller for Business product and the features
4. Demonstrate technical and debugging knowledge of the issues
5. Work independently and own the raised matter till closure
6. Work with data, generate and analyze reports
Location
This is a work from home internship opportunity.
Duration
The Truecaller International internship will be for a period of 6 months.

Stipend: Rs.30,000 / month
