About Traya Health
The rapidly expanding health IT startup Traya (Tatvartha Health Private Limited) specializes on treating chronic conditions in millennials. November 2020 saw the release of Traya following extensive clinical and commercial study. Our journey began with the management of hair loss, and we are gradually branching out to address other chronic conditions like gut health, hormones, and cholesterol. Helping our patients manage their illnesses is all that we want to do. We are science agnostic, we are big fans of data-backed science, be it Ayurveda, allopathy, or nutrition.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Market research and analysis: Help with market research to find new trends, gaps in the market, and possible growth opportunities. Assist in gathering customer insights and analyzing the actions of competitors.
- Assisting with revenue growth initiatives: Assist the group in examining revenue information and pinpointing possible areas for enhancement. Help with investigating and recording possible growth opportunities
- Validation and assistance for first principles ideation: Participate in brainstorming meetings to produce fresh concepts for company growth. Assist the group in obtaining information and analysis to support the validation of these ideas. This could entail duties like competitive analysis, desk research, and helping with simple data analysis.
- Support for strategy execution: Help create project schedules and plans. Assist the team in monitoring the status of important projects and in creating progress reports.
- Cross-functional cooperation: Cooperate with other groups throughout the company to obtain data and facilitate project implementation.

Perks
Stipend: Rs.30,000 – 45,000 / month
