About Traya Health
The rapidly expanding health IT startup Traya (Tatvartha Health Private Limited) specializes on treating chronic conditions in millennials. November 2020 saw the release of Traya following extensive clinical and commercial study. Our journey began with the management of hair loss, and we are gradually branching out to address other chronic conditions like gut health, hormones, and cholesterol. Helping our patients manage their illnesses is all that we want to do. We are science agnostic, we are big fans of data-backed science, be it Ayurveda, allopathy, or nutrition.
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Recruitment Support: Help post job vacancies on several job platforms, review resumes, and set up interviews with possible applicants.
2) Onboarding: Assist with the setup of new employees, organize orientation sessions, and prepare paperwork for new workers.
3) Employee Engagement: Assist in planning events, activities, and health initiatives.
4) Data Management: Ensure accuracy and secrecy while maintaining and updating personnel records in the HR database.
5) Ad hoc Tasks: Help the HR department with extra assignments and projects as required.

Perks
Stipend: Rs.15,000 – 20,000 / month
