About Traya Health

The rapidly expanding health IT startup Traya (Tatvartha Health Private Limited) specializes on treating chronic conditions in millennials. November 2020 saw the release of Traya following extensive clinical and commercial study. Our journey began with the management of hair loss, and we are gradually branching out to address other chronic conditions like gut health, hormones, and cholesterol. Helping our patients manage their illnesses is all that we want to do. We are science agnostic, we are big fans of data-backed science, be it Ayurveda, allopathy, or nutrition.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Encourage both lateral and bulk hiring
  2. Find applicants via walk-ins, recommendations, job portals (such Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.), and innovative local channels
  3. Establish connections with local networks, placement cells, and colleges to create an ongoing hiring pipeline.
  4. Examine applicants for role fit, communication, and attitude.
  5. Manage schedule and interview coordination
  6. Help with onboarding procedures, document collecting, and offer rollouts
  7. Clearly and properly convey compensation details
  8. Follow up with chosen applicants to guarantee a seamless transition.
  9. Keep up-to-date progress reports, dashboards, and hiring trackers every day.
