About Traya Health
The rapidly expanding health IT startup Traya (Tatvartha Health Private Limited) specializes on treating chronic conditions in millennials. November 2020 saw the release of Traya following extensive clinical and commercial study. Our journey began with the management of hair loss, and we are gradually branching out to address other chronic conditions like gut health, hormones, and cholesterol. Helping our patients manage their illnesses is all that we want to do. We are science agnostic, we are big fans of data-backed science, be it Ayurveda, allopathy, or nutrition.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Help with scheduling interviews with possible candidates, screening resumes, and advertising job positions on several job sites.
- Onboarding: Assist with new employee setup, organize orientation sessions, and provide documentation to aid in the onboarding of new recruits.
- Data Management: Ensure accuracy and confidentiality by updating and maintaining personnel records in the HR database.
- Ad hoc Tasks: Help the HR department with extra assignments and projects as required.
Requirements
- A recent graduate of a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
- A keen interest in people management and human resources.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent time-management and organizing abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
