Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with high-end clientele and comprehend their needs
- Establish a relationship with prospective customers and learn about their travel requirements, tastes, and financial constraints.
- Create and offer personalized vacation packages that go above and beyond for customers.
- Provide a wide range of travel-related goods and services, such as lodging, flights, tours, activities, and travel insurance.
- Engage in effective communication with clients by answering their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner over the phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Manage customer escalations pertaining to reservations and sales questions, addressing problems in a constructive and solution-focused manner.
- To close transactions and earn sales, use your persuasive and negotiating abilities.
- Foster loyalty and trust by managing and preserving solid client relationships.
- Keep abreast on industry best practices, travel trends, and destinations.
- Meet and surpass monthly sales goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in business administration, tourism, hospitality, or a similar discipline is required; freshmen or those with one year of experience are taken into consideration.
- Outstanding interpersonal, presenting, and communication abilities.
- The capacity to establish rapport and solid relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage client problems.
- A love of travel and a sincere wish to assist others in making lifelong memories.
- Self-driven, results-driven, proactive, and driven to achieve.
- Knowledge with trip booking platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite (a plus).

Mumbai, India.
Duration
The Travelxp internship will be for a period of 2 months.
