Roles & Responsibilities
- Forming partnerships and alliances with ministries, tourism boards, and other comparable authorities at the national and international levels
- Establishing strategic partnerships for the project with hotels and airlines
- Making a shortlist of potential show presenters and organizing contract negotiations
- Reaching agreements through negotiations with talent and their managers
- Creating and preserving the schedule budget, which includes fieldwork
- Developing captivating show concepts in close collaboration with show directors
- Organizing, creating, and overseeing itineraries (both on- and off-field)
- Working with directors and screenwriters to produce powerful presentations
- Representing Travelxp in order to improve industry relations at conferences, fairs, and exhibits
- Acting as the main liaison between Travelxp and its associates
- Keeping a database up to date with important partner information
Requirements
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Excellent time-management and organizing skills
- Mastery of post-production procedures and Microsoft Excel
- It is advantageous to have relevant expertise in partnerships, alliances, or the media sector.

Duration
The Travelxp internship will be for a period of 1 month.
