Roles & Responsibilities
- Work together to organize and efficiently carry out training programs from the training calendar with internal and external trainers, vendors, and training agencies.
- Make sure the trainers have easy access to the session materials.
- After training sessions, gauge attendance and feedback, then update the L&D dashboard.
- Control the scheduling of AV and training rooms
- Give the stakeholders access to the monthly snapshot and the weekly learning dashboard. The following reports ought to be included in the learning dashboard:Reports on learning from LinkedIn, Titan-U, training evaluations and participation, company-wide learning, and payment status
- Work with the finance team and external vendors to arrange for the payment processing of external nominations.
- Use the dashboard to provide a weekly status report.
- Finish the dashboard for the online compliance course
- Focus on managing libraries
