Roles & Responsibilities

Manage brand campaign marketing activities.
Keep trackers up to date for TOI West markets.
Campaign trackers for each month.
All marketing and editorial materials are filed offline.
In the SAP system, create a purchase request, or PR.
Check in with the internal finance staff regarding the PO (purchase order).
Creating invoices, handling payments, and obtaining top management approval.
Cooperation with the central finance team for the brand.
Update the MIS in Excel with every expense that is mailed in.
Keep a final cost sheet that may be negotiated with the brand managers in each market.
Manage office operations and any other tasks that may occasionally be assigned to you.
Management of vendors.
