Roles & Responsibilities
- In the SAP system, create a PR (Purchase Requisition).
- Follow up with the internal finance staff on the PO (Purchase Order).
- Work on invoicing, payment processing, and obtaining top management approval.
- Collaborate with the central financial team for the brand.
- Maintain an excel spreadsheet with each and every expense entry received in the mail.
- Prepare a final cost sheet that will be negotiated with the brand managers for each of their markets.
- Manage office operations as well as any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time.
- Take care of the vendor management.
- Work on the Ad-Edit metric’s analysis.

Mumbai, India.
Duration
The Times of India internship will be for a period of 6 months.
