Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with our digital and virtual product interface, where various events, webinars, and quizzes must be made using the CMS system offered and successfully delivered to clients.
- Collaborate closely with developers to create an excellent product, as well as with clients to ensure a seamless delivery process.
- Demonstrate our product to clients in terms of technical aspects – once the sales team has closed the transaction, the delivery team will be in charge of handling the product’s end-to-end delivery to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the team and clients to improve and ensure effective client delivery and customer engagements.
- Encourage high standards of behaviour and work performance through fostering positive working relationships.
- Pay attention to customer happiness and feedback (these are a top priority for us).
Other Skills Required
- He or she must be capable of testing the product on which they are working.
- Should be able to identify issues/bugs, such as conducting overall sanity testing for the site in order to improve usability.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presenting skills are required.
- Excellent interpersonal and formal writing abilities are required.
- Candidates must have received their graduation.
- Must be able to work under pressure and have a willingness to learn new things on a regular basis.

This is a Work from Home internship opportunity.
Duration
The Times Internet internship will be for a period of 6 months.
