Roles & Responsibilities
- Find possible VIP delegates by conducting in-depth research, including executives, leaders in the sector, and important decision-makers.
- Keep an up-to-date database with comprehensive profiles of possible VIP delegates.
- Create and implement focused outreach plans to interact with possible VIP delegates via social media, emails, and phone calls.
- Build trusting relationships with confirmed and prospective VIP delegates.
- Act as VIP delegates’ primary point of contact, making sure their requirements and expectations are satisfied. 6. Work with the event management team to make sure VIP delegates get all the information and assistance they require.
- Get in touch with prospective VIP delegates to confirm and guarantee their participation while making sure all pertinent information is conveyed and recorded.
