Roles & Responsibilities
- Graphic Design & Visual Storytelling: Develop and produce visually striking content for social media postings, intranet platforms, events, and internal campaigns.
- Video Editing & Animation: Create and edit captivating videos that highlight important points, improve event marketing, or animate corporate culture.
- UI/UX Contribution: Work together to enhance internal platforms, such as email correspondence and the intranet, in terms of both aesthetic appeal and usability.
- Event Support: Create visual materials for business events and engagement initiatives, such as banners, posters, and photobooth designs.
- Brand Consistency: To preserve a unified appearance and feel, make sure all designs adhere to the company’s branding standards.
- Creative Ideation: Come up with creative concepts for employee engagement initiatives and turn them into eye-catching illustrations.
- Project Collaboration: To ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets, collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Education: Working toward or having just finished a degree in UI/UX, graphic design, visual communication, or a similar discipline.
- Expertise in Design Tools: Mastery in design and editing programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or a comparable program.
- Creativity: A solid portfolio that demonstrates your capacity to produce eye-catching images and films.
- Communication Skills: The capacity to explain design concepts and ideas to stakeholders who are not designers.
- Attention to Detail: The dedication to excellence and accuracy in your work.
- Team Spirit: A willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting and a collaborative approach.
- Bonus Skills: User interface design experience or motion graphics knowledge.
