Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing and carrying out ideas and strategies for events.
- Taking care of billing and budgeting.
- Communicating and bargaining with suppliers.
- Reaching agreements for sponsorship.
- Taking care of the logistics.
- Putting events into action.
- Overseeing communication and branding.
- Creating feedback surveys after events.
- Getting licenses.
- Managing reports after an event.
Requirements
- Skills, experience & expertise.
- Prior work experience in organising college events.
- Good communication skills – spoken & written.
- Graduate.
- Open to travel.
- Available to work on the weekends for events.
