Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet business objectives in order to reach the established sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide high-quality service by adhering to the organization’s guidelines.
- Avoid financial losses by terminating obligations and guaranteeing prompt collections.
- Reduce the organization’s exposure to risk by carrying out the required due diligence
- Comply with audit standards by adhering to systems and procedures
- Minimize company losses by proactive gap identification and closure
- Respond to consumer complaints and promptly address them
- Find innovative ways to increase distribution and generate income, and make sure there are chances for recurring business.
- Recognize the market and learn about the competitors to modify plans and strategies appropriately.
