Roles & Responsibilities
- Create uniform corporate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for a range of departments, such as technology, shared services center, PCO, sales, and service delivery.
- Exhibit strong writing and vocal communication abilities.
- Demonstrate SMART thinking, rational reasoning, and excellent interpersonal skills.
