Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling section 138 consumer complaints and concerns
- Keeping up with the premises database and the litigation database
- Organizing with advocates for the company’s criminal, civil, and consumer cases
- Preparing and examining agreements, contracts, and legal documents
- Researching a range of legal subjects and formulating policy
