With properties like Disney, Warner Brothers, WWE, Viacom, Cartoon Network, and more, The Souled Store has grown to become India’s brand for licensed merchandise.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in finding applicants via social media, job boards, and other platforms
- Perform preliminary phone interviews to evaluate the suitability and qualifications of candidates
- Arrange and set up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Make sure the candidate experience is favorable by communicating with them in a timely and professional manner.
- Work together with managers of retail stores and HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
- Make sure pre-joining processes are finished on schedule.
- Maintain the trackers current
