About The Sleep Company
The Sleep Company, the pioneer of comfort innovation in India, is the maker of the ground-breaking, patented SmartGRID mattress. The startup, which was founded in 2019 by IIM Calcutta alums Priyanka and Harshil Salot, is dedicated to changing the way people sleep worldwide.
The goal of SmartGRID technology’s design is to deliver the best possible sleep experience through increased durability, comfort, and support. Mattresses, adjustable beds, office chairs, pillows, bedding accessories, and more are all part of our product portfolio.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with posting job openings and advertising them across several channels to draw in a varied applicant pool.
- To evaluate a candidate’s qualifications and cultural fit, screen resumes and set up first phone interviews.
- Arrange and plan interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the creation of plans to better the hiring procedure and the applicant experience.
- Take part in employment fairs and recruitment events to network and establish connections with possible applicants.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees and make sure their transfer into the organization goes smoothly.
- As required, offer assistance with a range of HR projects and activities.
