About Tata Strive
Tata Strive, an initiative of Tata Community Initiatives Trust and the first Group CSR program, addresses the pressing need of skilling India’s youth for employment, entrepreneurship, and community enterprise. It reaches out to communities, develops the skills of people from financially challenged backgrounds, and acclimatizes them to the changing work environment. The core philosophy is to create courses that would help in creating and supplying trained manpower across the entire industrial spectrum as well as develop entrepreneurial talent.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Registering trainees for the online course and contacting ITIs to ensure they finish it.
- Ensuring that students finish the modules on schedule and talking about ways to cut down on idle time.
- Helping trainees with any questions they may have about the BMS course and recording them.
- Working together with SPOCs and ITI administration to improve course adoption.
- Establishing regular success reports and avenues for prompt communication.
- Visiting ITIs and providing SPOCs and principals with updates on the orientation program.
- Assisting the project coordinator in leading ITI orientation programs.
- Working together with the project coordinator to develop and execute the project plan.
- Maintaining contact with trainees, informing ITI SPOCs and principals of program changes, and following up with ITIs for data submission.
- Making sure the data is correctly entered into the Learning Management System (LMS) and confirming that it is accurate.
- Encouraging ITI trainees to take part in projects and other adoption-related activities.
- Helping project coordinators create numerous reports at various project phases and document changes, procedures, accomplishments, milestones, hazards, and occurrences.
- Examining data from digital platforms’ dashboards and LMS.
- Adhering to communication and branding requirements in all communications, both internal and external.
- Distributing and keeping track of meeting minutes to make sure all outstanding issues are resolved.
- Adherence to rules, SOPs, and project templates strictly.

Duration
The Tata Strive internship will be for a period of 6 months.
