Roles & Responsibilities

Act in a way that upholds TATA Starbucks’ culture and values by being truthful, sincere, and knowledgeable.
Keep an eye out for cues in the environment and among customers to anticipate needs for both the store and its patrons.
Keep your cool under pressure and lead by example for the shift team by keeping the shop running smoothly during busy times or unexpected situations.
Create consistently happy, enthusiastic customers
Greet and establish a rapport with each client
Determine the demands of each customer and make the right product suggestion to each one in order to improve service and achieve sales targets.
Attend to consumer demands and express gratitude to each individual customer
Show off the “Just Say Yes” attitude by attending to the demands of your customers.
Help with the onboarding of new partners by providing constructive criticism for work well done and, when necessary, politely and uplifting guidance.
Keep your workspace neat and orderly so that associates can find products and resources as needed.
Continue to be on time and in regular attendance.
Consistently provide all consumers with high-quality drinks, whole beans, and food products by following all recipe and presentation guidelines.
Maintain a clean and safe environment in the store to safeguard both staff and consumers.
Adhere to store policies and procedures for each station’s operational flow.
