Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters, business managers, technical panellists, and interviewees to ensure that both parties have a great scheduling experience.
- Arrange for in-person, Skype/Teams virtual interviews, presentations, and other meetings and exchanges.
- Focus on providing prompt replies to scheduling requests, emails, and other contact.
- Ensure data integrity in our application tracking system (ATS) and other technologies, as well as in recruitment materials.
- Provide accurate status updates to recruiters, business managers, and applicants, ensuring the greatest possible experience for all stakeholders, both internally and outside.
- Gather evaluation papers from business panelists as well as needed obligatory documentation from applicants for further processing of their applications.

This is a work from home internship opportunity.
Duration
The Tata Elxsi internship will be for a period of 6 months.
