Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with the new hire’s onboarding process, which includes gathering paperwork, checking references, and updating systems.
- Write job descriptions, plan interviews, and organize them.
- Put procedures and programs into place to promote a happy workplace.
- Act as the employee’s point of contact for questions concerning benefits, policies, and other HR-related issues.
- Help with the offboarding procedure to make sure that departing employees have a seamless transition.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to corporate standards by tracking and maintaining personnel records in HR systems.
- Build dashboards and status reports.
- Support vendor administration tasks with SAP, such as keeping track of contracts and monitoring vendor bills (quoting and verifying).
- Get practical experience in employee relations, data administration, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks.
- Gain knowledge of various HR procedures while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Gain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
