Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited (Tata AIA Life) is a Tata Sons Limited and AIA Group Limited joint venture company (AIA). Tata AIA Life combines Tata’s preeminent leadership position in India with AIA’s position as the world’s largest, independently listed PAN-Asian life insurance firm, with operations in 18 Asia Pacific regions. For the financial year 2017-18, Tata AIA Life wrote a retail new business weighted premium of INR 1,397 crores. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Approach the MBA institutes for our campus programs
2. Collate data and analyze the application of interested students
3. Coordinate end-to-end campus process including pre-campus, during campus, and post-campus process with students and placement coordinators
4. Monitor activities of the campus selected before joining and after joining
5. Monitor and implement tasks for the campus program after onboarding in Tata AIA
6. Manage a calendar for all campus programs initiated
7. Handle candidate personnel file documentation pre-hiring
8. Ensure to have a complete best-in-class onboarding process for campus professionals in the organization.

The Tata AIA internship will be for a period of 6 months.

Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
