Tata AIA Life combines Tata’s preeminent leadership position in India with AIA’s position as the world’s largest, independently listed PAN-Asian life insurance firm, with operations in 18 Asia Pacific regions. Roles & Responsibilities
1. Speak with the MBA schools about our on-campus courses.
2. Compile information and evaluate applications from motivated students.
3. Work with students and placement coordinators to plan the entire campus experience, including the pre-, during-, and post-campus phases.
4. Keep an eye on the campus’s operations both before and after joining
5. After joining Tata AIA, keep an eye on and carry out tasks for the campus program.
6. Oversee a calendar for each program that is started on campus.
7. Manage the pre-hiring documents for candidate personnel files
8. Make sure the business has a comprehensive, best-in-class onboarding procedure for campus workers.
