Roles & Responsibilities
- Arrange for the timely system updates, ID card issuance, joining kits, IT asset allocation, and salary account creation.
- Send out welcome emails or calls to new hires and answer any questions they may have about onboarding.
- Work together with stakeholders and staff to guarantee that tasks are completed on schedule.
- Inform staff members on HR rules and regulations.
- Encourage the use of background checks
- Offer suggestions and take an active part in organizing and carrying out online employee engagement initiatives.
- Keep MIS up to date for HR service operations
