Roles & Responsibilities
- Analysis of Pharmacy Stores:
a. Results: Evaluating foot traffic and client demographics
b. Characteristics: store name, staff, deals, age, transactions, home delivery, AOV, size, and rental income - Evaluation of marquee brands:
a. Result: Figuring out market size and foot traffic
b. Parameters: brand name, size, rent, foot traffic, AOV - Area Density Assessment:
a. Goal: Comprehending demographics
b. Specifications: Name of society, number of apartments, occupancy, and RWA status - Physicians and Clinics Profiles:
a. Goal: Comprehension of medical services
b. Details: Name, specialization, number of out-of-office visits, patients, credentials - Hospital Analysis:
a. Understanding the healthcare system as a result
b. Hospital name, beds, physicians, specializations, and patient visits as parameters - Labs Evaluation:
a. Result: determining the need for diagnostics
b. Criteria: walk-ins, home collections, AOV, regular business, popular tests, staff
