Roles & Responsibilities
1. Create and implement efficient onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
2. Manage all aspects of daily HR operations, including as payroll processing, benefits administration, employee record-keeping, and HRIS upkeep.
3. Hold orientations for new hires and make sure the required papers and documentation are finished precisely and on time.
4. Create and put into place a file system that ensures accessibility and confidentiality for both digital and physical information.
5. Act as a new hire’s point of contact, responding to inquiries and offering advice during the onboarding procedure.
Requirements
1. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
2. Excellent multitasking and organizing abilities with a strong attention to detail
3. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

The Tata 1mg internship will be for a period of 2 months.
