Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities to increase sales, customer retention, etc.
2. Assist the catering sales manager in reviewing, monitoring, and revising guest service standards, thereby enhancing guest satisfaction
3. Assist and maintain an efficient administration system within the department
4. Assist in designing and developing the sales & marketing plan for the unit
5. Identify key customer needs through formal research, survey, sales calls & meetings
6. Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients
7. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
8. Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity
9. Maintain good customer relations
10. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data
11. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries
