Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the hiring procedure by identifying and vetting possible applicants.
- Advertise job positions across several channels to draw in qualified candidates.
- Arrange interviews and stay in constant contact with applicants during the employment procedure.
- Help with resume reviews to find eligible applicants.
- Assist HR with everyday administrative and operational duties.
- Verify candidate credentials by conducting background checks.
- Organize and preserve HR records for compliance and record-keeping.
- To promote a positive workplace culture, plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
