Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting the creation and execution of HR initiatives and activities
- Helping the public relations team provide interesting material for news releases and social media
- Assisting in the planning and direction of employee training sessions within the Learning & Development division
- Helping the finance team with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Assisting the sales and marketing team in producing PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials
- Working with upper management on strategic projects and activities
- Taking part in cross-functional teams and learning about many facets of the hospitality sector
