Roles & Responsibilities
- Acquiring expertise and understanding of the hiring process for talent acquisition
- Using a variety of methods to source candidates from diverse verticals and functions
- Making efficient use of all available sources, including LinkedIn, job portals, success factors, references, and headhunting
- Assisting in the creation of an inventive sourcing plan for “Schindler”
- Assessing the abilities, credentials, and experience of possible applicants through the use of standardized screening procedures
- Establishing enduring connections with previous applicants and prospective candidates
- Using HR tech platforms to control the sourcing environment
- Keeping up recruiting reports in Excel format to monitor the hiring
