The company, which was founded by IIT and IIM alumni, is pioneering the micro delivery e-commerce concept in India. Swiggy is now backing the company, which is a Y Combinator startup. Swiggy has pledged $100 million to help the team scale its unique supply chain across the country, serving more than 1 million families every day. Y Combinator is one of the most well-known seed accelerators in the United States, with a portfolio that includes Airbnb, Dropbox, InstaKart, Reddit, and more than 1500 other firms from across the world.
Swiggy’s goal over the next five years is to deliver convenience to over 100 million Indians. The investment in SuprDaily is part of the company’s primary objective to expand its consumer base while also meeting the daily needs of customers by harnessing the milk railroad’s capacity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Focus on phone calls and other appointment-related duties.
- Improve back-office procedures.
- Continue to improve the digital customer interface.
- Focus on customer service.
Location
This is a Work from Home internship opportunity.
Duration
The SuprDaily internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.20,000 / month
