About Sun Mobility Private Limited
Sun Mobility is a joint venture between the Sun Group and the Maini Group, both of whom are pioneers in the fields of electric mobility and renewable energy. It is helmed by Chetan Maini, the originator of Reva (India’s first electric automobile), and Uday Khemka, the vice-chairman of SUN Group, two of India’s most well-known new energy pioneers.
Sun Mobility’s mission is to help India achieve its noble goal of 100% electric mobility adoption across all vehicle segments (cars, buses, rickshaws, autos, and so on) by developing low-cost, long-life energy infrastructure, including proprietary smart batteries, quick charge-and-swap stations, and energy infrastructure management software.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and give constructive criticism.
- Ensure that components and supplies are available at the best possible price, with no manufacturing shortages.
- Without any hitches, identify possible hazards and de-risk the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Establish important supply chain KPIs and strive toward achieving them.
- Identify bottlenecks in the process and execute remedies in a timely and effective way.
