Roles & Responsibilities
- Make advantage of data mining, visualization, and quantitative analysis to enhance user experience, enhance business outcomes, and provide information to product and business teams.
- Manage data collection and implementation tracking, working with the product and engineering teams to guarantee precise data collection.
- Create best practices and procedures for rigorous A/B testing.
- Perform targeted analysis to solve certain problems and produce useful insights.
- Effectively share findings within the company to sway engineers, product managers, and other business stakeholders.
Requirements
1. B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. 0-1 year of experience in analytics, particularly with Google or Adobe Analytics.
4. Practical knowledge of A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
6. Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to environments lacking established processes or resources.
