Roles & Responsibilities
- User Research: To identify user needs, behaviors, and pain spots, do qualitative and quantitative research over the phone and in person. Make use of techniques like usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
- Analysis: Examine study data to glean insightful conclusions and offer suggestions to the design and product teams.
- Cooperation: To incorporate research findings into product development, collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, UX team members, and engineers.
- Documentation: To guarantee clarity and facilitate information sharing, keep comprehensive records of study procedures, techniques, and conclusions.
Requirements
- Pursuing or having just finished a degree in psychology, human-computer interaction, UX/UI design, or a similar discipline
- Well-versed in research techniques and instruments, possessing robust analytical and data interpretation abilities
- Knowledge of design and prototyping software, such as Figma, Sketch, and others, is advantageous.
- User Knowledge: deep understanding of users’ needs and experiences, as well as empathy for them.
- Interaction and Flexibility: Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities, as well as the capacity to adjust to changing circumstances and flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
