Roles & Responsibilities
- Help carry out and oversee digital marketing efforts across a variety of platforms (e.g., social media, email, paid media).
- Work together with the operational and business departments to guarantee efficient campaign execution and performance monitoring.
- Maintain correct vendor records and assist with the onboarding of new vendors.
- Work together with the finance department to oversee marketing-related bills, payments, and budget monitoring.
- Make sure the teams in charge of marketing, business, operations, and finance communicate and follow up on a timely basis.
- Help with tracking important performance indicators, keeping up with marketing dashboards, and pinpointing areas in need of development.
- For routine marketing jobs, establish SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and document processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to successfully understand and communicate facts.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities to operate in various teams.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of handling several projects at once.
- Fundamental knowledge of digital marketing platforms and concepts, such as affiliate marketing, email marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- The capacity to operate autonomously and fulfill deadlines in a hectic setting.
