Roles & Responsibilities
- To find and draw in qualified applicants, source top-notch applicants from multiple job boards and employment portals such as LinkedIn.
- Perform a comprehensive screening process to determine whether applicants are qualified for available positions.
- Arrange interviews, get input, and help close the hiring cycle.
- Throughout the hiring process, give candidates a satisfying and interesting experience.
- Effectively oversee the hiring process from the first application through the offer stage by utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Support the creation of HR data analytics and reports.
