Roles & Responsibilities
- Create complete machine learning models from the ground up, beginning with data retrieval and preprocessing, then feature engineering, training, and assessment to address business issues and produce significant results.
- Using Amazon Redshift for Data Analysis: Build data pipelines for processing both structured and unstructured data, do exploratory data analysis, and query big datasets using Amazon Redshift.
- Deployment of the Model: Use AWS Cloud services (such as EC2, Lambda, and S3) to deploy machine learning models as batch operations or APIs.
- Evaluate model performance, examine the outcomes, and determine how models affect important business KPIs by conducting A/B testing trials.
- Cooperation: To put data-driven ideas into practice, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams that include engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
- Reporting and Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to successfully convey findings, insights, and model outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a prestigious university (such as IITs, NITs, ISBs, BITS, or comparable institutions) with an anticipated graduation date of 2025.
- Strong grasp of natural language processing methods and machine learning models, including text categorization, supervised and unsupervised learning, and language models.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with data processing and machine learning packages like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- SQL expertise, including the capacity to create and refine intricate queries for examining huge databases.
- Strong knowledge of statistical assessment methods, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to tackle complex data issues and extract useful insights.
- Excellent communication abilities to explain technical results to team members and stakeholders who are not technical.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (S3, EC2, Redshift) is beneficial for working with cloud infrastructure and deploying models.
