Roles & Responsibilities
1. Helping to develop and submit corporate governance reports and legal documentation.
2. Assisting with agenda preparation, minute taking, and board meeting organization.
3. Investigating and keeping abreast of compliance issues and regulatory requirements.
4. Supporting the upkeep of corporate documents and statutory registries.
5. Helping with communication between outside legal counsel and regulatory agencies.
6. Taking part in the yearly evaluation and revision of company rules and procedures.
7. Assisting in setting up annual general meetings and communications to shareholders.
8. Assisting the CS with sporadic legal and corporate governance activities.
