Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and uphold the office’s IT infrastructure, making sure that all programs and systems run without a hitch.
- Offer technical assistance to staff members, solving hardware and software problems in a timely and effective manner
- Work together with the IT group to create and apply new tools and technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support the coordination of meetings and events by making sure all required technology and equipment are ready and operating as intended.
- Participate in the creation and upkeep of databases, assisting in the organization and management of vital company information.
- Help with general administrative duties to ensure the office runs well, such as data entry, document management, and filing.
