Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform Retail Mapping and Trends Analysis: Map out retail locations for travel-related items in collaboration with the sales team, and research the baggage industry’s seasonality.
- Support Store Grading & Assortment Logic: Adjust store grading according to sales, brand mix, and catchment, and determine assortment logic according to the store’s category and sales trend.
- Develop an Assortment Strategy: Managing current and upcoming product lines according to market and consumer research, demand patterns, gap analysis, and sales potential.Plan promotions and design POSM.
- Support Brand Mix/Category Performance: Reduce surplus stock and liquidate slow-moving inventory using dealer schemes and salesman incentives, and optimize quality inventory management through SKU simplification.
- Handle Inventory: Create ideas for product support and training materials. Oversee and train the product assistant in product development-related tasks.
Requirements
Work Experience is not mandatory however 6 months to 1 year work experience will be an added advantage
Ability to work independently and drive projects
